ACTIVE 20-30 CLUB OF NAPA #57

The Active 20-30 Club of Napa will award up to five scholarships to local graduating high school seniors.  Any graduating high school student residing in Napa County who is enrolling in an accredited college within 1 year of graduation.  To be eligible for the Active 20-30 Club of Napa scholarship a student must be graduating from a high school in Napa County.  Student must be a legal resident of Napa County and a legal US citizen.  Applications are due May 1st of every year.

A Voice Found, Inc. (AVF) provides scholarship opportunities available for local students pursuing vocational career education and training at a university, college, academy, or community college.

ASIAN & PACIFIC ISLANDER AMERICAN SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Looking for money?  Last year APIASF distributed more than $70 million in scholarship money to deserving potential students who are Asian and/or Pacific Islander.  

BAY AREA SPORTS HALL OF FAME

BAY AREA COLLEGE ALUMNI PROGRAM (CAP)

A college scholarship opportunity for low income Bay Area students.  Application due: September 15 to December 15.  What do you get: 1:1 college coaching, personal financial service coordinator, up to $5000 support annually (for a maximum of five years), professional/peer networking opportunities.

CALIFORNIA WINE GRAPE GROWERS FOUNDATION
Scholarships for high school seniors whose parents are vineyard workers employed by a winegrape grower. Six scholarships in 2013 to graduating high school seniors. At least two scholarships that are being offered provide $1000 per year for four years. Selection is based upon financial need, demonstrated scholastic ability, community involvement and leadership and/or work history and determination to succeed. CHILD START, CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES

CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES INSURANCE CO.
An essay competition for seniors who are children of full-time or retired public employees. CCNMA-LATINO JOURNALISTS OF CALIF.

D.R.E.A.M.S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

This $2500.00 scholarship is open to students receiving special education support through an individualized education plan (I.E.P.), who graduate high school with a diploma or certificate of completion in 2017 and have been accepted and will be furthering their education in an accredited program beginning in the summer or fall.  This year, D.R.E.A.M.S. is especially committed to finding qualified scholarship applicants who have been under identified. For example, students with multi-disabilities and/or Emotional Disturbance (ED) designated as I.E.P. eligibility.  Please forward this e-mail along with the attachment to all those who may be interested in this scholarship. GATES MILLENNEUM SCHOLARS

It is the nation’s leading organization supporting Hispanic higher education. HISPANIC HERITAGE YOUTH AWARDS

HORATIO ALGER ASSOCIATION

ITALIAN CATHOLIC FEDERATION

Scholarships for undocumented students-Educators for Fair Consideration (E4FC)
