Alternative Education

Napa Valley Adult School - For 18-year old students only

Legacy High School - School program for studens who struggle in the traditional academic/school setting (11th and 12th grade priority; inquire with a school counselor for more information)

Independent Study - School program for students who are highly motivated (inquire with a school counselor). Please email Principal Susan Wilson for more information.

Napa Valley College - Take college courses concurrently as a high school student.

California High School Proficiency Exam - For students who want to seek new opportunities, pursue community college education, or start a new job/career. CHSPE is equivalent to a high school diploma.

ACHS Super Saturday Academy - Inquire more information about the benefits of the program. This program allows students to recover absences, and to recieve academic support from teachers.
Grade Improvement/Credit Recovery Programs

Napa Valley Adult School/Apex Online - Students can take online core subjects to recover credits for failed courses. Students/parents can inquire with his/her assigned counselor.

BYU Online Courses - High school courses have an associated cost. Please consult with a counselor if this option is beneficial to recover missing high school credits or to advance in pursuing a high school diploma.
